Description
The St. Espedite Medal is a nickel-plated medal with a diameter of 2.5 cm and a height of 1.5 cm. It is commemorated on April 19th, the feast day of Saint Espedite, also known as Expeditus. Saint Espedite is said to have been a Roman centurion in Armenia who was martyred around April 303 in what is now Turkey, for converting to Christianity. He is considered the patron saint of speedy cases, and is commemorated by the Catholic Church.
